New Delhi based M/s Prabhat Door Closer is marketing “PRABHAT KAZO” & “PRABHAT” brand of architectural glass fittings & hardware, across India. It is a brand that has set industry standards for quality, durability, and innovation for over 60 years.
It was founded in 1962 by Sardar Aya Singh Wadhawan, a Mechanical Engineer, The company is manufacturing Prabhat brand high quality Door Closers, Floor Springs, and Prabhat Kazo Glass Patches & Clamps, Shower Hinges, Spider Clasps, Glass Door Handles, Auto Hinges, Mortice Handle and Telescopic Channel etc. Prabhat Door Closers and M/s. Indra Industries are also the sister concerns of this company.
Today, after Six decades. This company offers a comprehensive line of door closers, floor springs, glass patch fittings, shower hinges, glass handle bars & Clamps and spider fittings etc.. All products are designed and manufactured to ensure superior performance and reliability, in line with the quality standards, set in the beginning, by the Patriarch of Prabhat.
Even today all shades of foresightedness, wisdom, welfare, intellect & intuition are visible in each product. At works, the staff remains noticeably dedicated and performs with missionary zeal. Every product is a fine piece of dedicated excellent team work.
Prabhat products are built to last for 8 to 10 years with the superior quality that anyone in the commercial or industrial sector will be glad to have on one’s doors. The reason that Prabhat products are made to last for so long, is because strong parts are put in each product. When
creating the professional hardware Prabhat uses the best quality materials such as cast iron and forged steel. ‘A’ grade aluminium & stainless steel grade 202, 304 & 316 are used to create pieces.
It also uses special steel springs and tempered steel pinions & pistons to ensure that each closer works for millions of opening and closing cycles. They also use a special hydraulic fluid that keeps closer components working smoothly for a long time. All these things combine to create the most reliable door closing system. The door closers & floor springs conform to ISI standards. These products are made by Indra Industries.
The long range of products, manufactured by the company, includes door closers, floor springs, glass patch fittings, glass shower hinges, glass connectors, glass shower bar, spider fittings, spider fin plates, glass handles, manual & automatic sliding systems for glass doors. Auto Hinges, Mortice Handle, Telescopic Channel etc.
In the near future, Prabhat will design, develop and manufacture in house and market Architectural Glass Fittings & Hardware and other up-and coming systems within the product range. In addition it will support systems that are yet to be discovered and introduced.
